Upon the directions of the Deputy Commissioner South Waziristan Upper and under the guidance of the Director Youth Affairs Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Dr. Nauman Mujahid Sb, the District Youth Office South Waziristan Lower in collaboration with the Bright Future Welfare Organisation successfully organized an Awareness Seminar on Child Psychology and Emotional Well-Being at Unique Cadet Schooland College Wana.

The seminar aimed to enhance understanding of children’s emotional development, behavioural patterns, and psychological needs. Experts highlighted the importance of creating supportive environments at home, school, and within the community to promote healthy emotional growth. Participants were sensitized on identifying early signs of stress, trauma, or behavioural challenges among children, and were equipped with practical strategies to respond effectively and compassionately.

The initiative also emphasized the role of parents, teachers, and youth volunteers in nurturing positive mental health and fostering resilience in children. The activity was widely appreciated by the community and contributed to raising awareness on child well-being as a core component of youth development.
