Under the directions of Director Youth Affairs Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Dr. Nauman Mujahid Sb, and Deputy Commissioner Kurram, Mr. Ashfaq Khan Sb, the District Youth Office Kurram organized an “Awareness Session on Climate Change” at Government Shaheed Nadeem Higher Secondary School Shalozan.

Esteemed speakers — Sir Laqiat Hussain, Sir Johar Hussain, and Sir Sabir Hussain — delivered insightful and thought-provoking talks, highlighting:

Impact of climate change on environment, weather patterns, and human health

Importance of tree plantation and protecting natural resources

Need for sustainable practices to reduce pollution and conserve energy

Role of youth in promoting environmental responsibility and awareness

Role of schools & communities in climate education and collective action

The session encouraged students to become environmentally responsible citizens and take meaningful steps toward a greener, safer, and more sustainable future.
