Under the instructions of the Deputy Commissioner Dir Upper, Mr. Naveed Akbar, and the Director of the Directorate of Youth Affairs Peshawar, Dr. Nauman Mujahid, a certificate distribution ceremony for the two-week Video Editing Short Course was held on 25 November 2025 at E-Tech College Dir Upper. The event was organised by the District Youth Office Dir Upper in collaboration with the District Administration Dir Upper. More than 40 students received their course completion certificates.

Mr. Awais Hashmi, Managing Director of E-Tech College, warmly welcomed all the students and guests. He thanked the District Youth Officer for arranging this valuable and effective short course for poor and deserving students.

District Youth Officer Mr. Shehzad Tariq, in his address, highlighted that the main mandate of the Youth Office is to provide tactical and vocational education to the youth, enabling them to earn a livelihood while continuing their studies. He further added that similar training programmes are being offered in every tehsil of Dir Upper.

Notable guests, including Sajjad Ali Tareen (Master Trainer), Seemab Ali Khan, Luqman Adil, and Akhter Muneer, were also present at the ceremony. A question-and-answer session was conducted, giving students the opportunity to engage with the speakers.

At the end of the event, gifts and shields were presented to various organisations and distinguished guests in recognition of their support and contributions.
