On September 4, 2025, a special session on Youth Empowerment Leadership and Social Impact and Jehaad for Zero Thalassemia in Pakistan was held at the MTI-Bacha Khan Medical Complex, Swabi Auditorium.

The event was organized by the JZT Pakistan Swabi City Team, in collaboration with Nigar College of Nursing MTI Swabi and with the valuable support and collaboration of the District Youth Office Swabi, Respected Sir Shahzeb.

Sir Hizbullah, Principal of Nigar College, addressed the gathering and emphasized the importance of Thalassemia eradication and the pivotal role of youth in achieving this mission. The session was skillfully led by trainers from the City Team, including Yasmeen Rehman and Aleesha Waheed, along with Umar Farooq, Vice President of KPK Territory 2.

The session proved to be a great success, reflecting unity, awareness, and the collective commitment required to achieve a Thalassemia-Free Pakistan
