On 5th August 2026, the District Youth Office Bannu organized a Youm-e-Istehsal Kashmir Rally to express solidarity with the people of Jammu and Kashmir and to protest the illegal revocation of Article 370 and the special status of Jammu and Kashmir. Participants reaffirmed their support for the Kashmiri people's right to self-determination and called for a peaceful resolution of the Kashmir issue in accordance with international law and relevant UN resolutions.
